Fantastic service and case
"Fast postage, great comms, cannot fault service and Samsonite case is already in use, good quality and lighter than a lot of the others in this price range - did get around 40% on sale, meaning it was a reasonable price"

Looks good but can be better
"The shipping was fast but there's an issue with the lock. When I tried to reset the lock, the reset button on the lock gets stuck and you can't move the number dials. I took the suitcase on 1 journey and it already has scuff marks from 1 journey. But the size and the wheels have been good so far."
